That’s the difference you have helped make in their lives this academic year, giving them the financial incentive needed to focus on their studies.

The Scholarship Committee was allocated $28,000 from the Wildflower Fund for High School, Re-entry and Deferred, and Healthcare Scholarships, and Keeping in Touch Grants. We also received funds from the Judy Kinker and Fritts Family STEM scholarship funds.

All this resulted in:

• 10 scholarships going to high school girls,
• four going to women returning to or starting college later in life,
• one professional healthcare scholarship,
• 19 grants to women continuing their undergraduate work,
• plus one to a Young Woman Leader,
• and one each dedicated to a future teacher and a future scientist.
