All Member Meet-Up: 110+ Members &Guests – A Successful Kickoff to 2026–27

What a wonderful way to begin the year! Our branch’s 3rd Annual All-Member Meet-Up brought together over 110 members and guests for an evening brimming with friendship, laughter, lively conversations, delicious member-contributed potluck fare, information, and shared purpose.

The Meet-Up offered opportunities to revisit our mission and goals, explore committee and interest group tables, and discover ways to volunteer and lead. Branch President Harpreet Vittal led an engaging overview of AAUW’s mission and priorities and a lively icebreaker. Board members and committee chairs highlighted initiatives and opportunities for involvement.

The New Member Guides were a wonderful success, helping new members feel welcomed and connected. Heartfelt thanks to all our guides.

Evening highlights included a heartwarming video showcasing our Tech Trek campers and an eloquent speech by scholarship recipient Emma Jeffrey—inspiring reminders of our educational impact.

Adding a festive touch were fabulous pumpkin-and-succulent centerpieces created by our Gardening interest group, which also made delightful door prizes. Thank you. 

The energy in the room was palpable. Whether reconnecting with friends, welcoming newer members, or exploring opportunities to contribute, attendees demonstrated what makes AAUW Morgan Hill such a vibrant community.

At the heart of it all was our shared commitment to equity, education, opportunity, and collective action.

Organized by the Leadership Development Team, Membership and Hospitality committees, the event benefited from numerous volunteers who contributed food, time, and energy.
