7-10 branch members who love to cook gather quarterly (on the last Thursday of the month in February, May, August, and November) to cook and enjoy a meal together. Typically we plan a themed menu, and we experiment with cuisines and techniques we may not have tried before. All members research recipes on the theme and each volunteers a menu item. We take turns coordinating the menu and hosting. We meet at 10 am, cook for two hours, and then spend another hour or two eating and socializing. This group is limited in size, but you are welcome to be added to the substitute list. Contact Jeanne Gregg.
