AAUW Morgan Hill annually selects one outstanding woman from our community to participate in the Leadership Morgan Hill program—an intensive, nine-month experience that builds leadership skills and strengthens community connections.

Applications are welcomed from both members and non-members. The AAUW Morgan Hill Leadership Development Committee thoughtfully reviews each application and selects the candidate who best reflects leadership potential and community spirit.

For 2026, we are proud to again offer a Wildflower Fund Scholarship for the Leadership Morgan Hill Class of 2026, dedicated to “inspiring leadership and service for a better Morgan Hill.”
