President's Message

I hope you also found time during the holidays to rest and refill your tank – because the new year is already calling us forward. As always, our work is abundant, but we got this – we are a force to be reckoned with.

January kicks off the new year with a Climate Education and Action program designed to keep us informed and inspired. Our committees are already meeting to select Tech Trek campers, award scholarships and grants, and keep our many branch programs moving forward. And of course, preparations for our Wildflower Run are now in full swing

This is the perfect moment to challenge yourself to try something new. You could help interview potential Tech Trek campers, distribute Wildflower Run flyers, or even consider running for President Elect. Interested in marketing? Join us in creating email communications – we’ll happily teach you how to use Constant Contact while you help assemble the Sunday Blast.

These times can most definitely be stressful, but they also offer countless ways to make a positive difference. Choose one small step – you might be surprised by where it leads. And if you have an idea but aren’t sure how to begin, email me. I’m always happy to help or guide you in the right direction.

Here’s to a great new year – full of possibilities and growth!

Krisse Boursier, Branch President
