The 42nd annual Wildflower Run is March 30, 2025. 

The popular 2K Fun Run is back for 2025. The fun run is devised for a wide range of participants, including families, seniors and disability-challenged athletes. Taking place on the Live Oak High School track, it features finisher ribbons, medals, and a large clock for self-timing.

New to our team is the talented Carol Ferri, Co-Director in training. She’ll be integrated into various tasks before our 2025 event and will help guide us in 2026, replacing Joy Safakish. Carol will still be coordinating the Kids 2K and the 2K Fun Run this year.

We’ve made every effort to keep prices in check and the registration fees have only increased marginally, with the same discounts available for groups and families. Bookmark our main page for quick reference, Wildflower Run website.  

We need help from all members to make the run a success, whether you are volunteering on race day or orchestrating an essential behind-the-scenes job. To get involved, contact Co-Directors Joy Safakish or Bobbie Erb to discuss options. Chairs and members can attend our monthly meetings.
