The Out to Lunch interest group was originally formed by Lorrie Scott around 2005 as a way for AAUW members to socialize and patronize local Morgan Hill restaurants. When Lorrie moved to San Jose, Sandra Lim was the organizer until COVID caused the group to disband. Patti Trantow restarted it in 2023 as a way for branch members to get together in a small group and get to know each other better, with the side benefit of enjoying a delicious lunch at one of our many Morgan Hill restaurants. Some of these restaurants donate to the Wildflower Run, and we want them to know how much we appreciate them. As a social group, there is no obligation but to enjoy lunch, get to know each other, and have fun. 

The Out to Lunch Bunch meets the first Tuesday of most every month with the restaurant announcement in the weekly email Blast. Members come when it suits them with RSVP to Patti Trantow. We always have individual checks. You are welcome to join us!
